  • We offer both new and pre owned watches. The condition of each watch is clearly detailed on its product page, including any signs of wear. Pre owned watches are thoroughly checked and serviced if required before sale.

  • All watches are inspected for accuracy and performance. Pre owned watches are serviced where necessary to ensure they meet our standards. If a watch has been recently serviced, this will be noted in the listing.

  • Yes. All watches purchased from M & J Watches are covered by our warranty, which protects against mechanical faults under normal use. The length and terms of the warranty will be outlined at the point of purchase.

  • Yes. We welcome part exchange and outright purchase enquiries. If you are looking to trade in or sell a watch, please contact us with details, including brand, model, condition, and any accompanying box and papers.

  • No, we do not currently offer finance.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept Debit/Credit cards for watch purchases, although we do accept card payments for accessories.

  • Yes. We ship worldwide using fully insured and secure courier services. Shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable taxes or duties will be clearly communicated before completion of your order.
